Parameters
Double-roll breaker and four-roll breaker are widely used in fuel breaking process. Generally double-roll breaker is used in rough breaking process for solid fuel with finished grain of approximately 15mm, and then the broken fuel is discharged into four-roll breaker for re-breaking with finished grain of approximately 3mm. Single-roll breaker is used for hot sinter ore breaking before cooling procedure in sintering plant. Single-roll breakers supplied by TY are simple and reliable and sinter pulverization degree is low and product qualified rate is high.
