Parameters
Rotary kiln is an important equipment in pelletizing process. The dried and preheated green pellets are unloaded into rotary kiln through a chute. In roasting process green pellets roll along the kiln periphery and simultaneously move forward in axial direction of the kiln under a roasting temperature in the kiln of 1250℃--1350℃. Finally the baked and roasted pellets fall into a cooler through the kiln discharge hood. TY is a special plant for rotary kilns.
